The owner of the online store abrasivikeskus.ee is Abrasivikeskus Eesti OÜ (registry code 11903857), located at Artelli tn 8a, Tallinn, Harjumaa 10621. These terms and conditions apply to purchases made in the online store. The prices of the goods sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The price is supplemented by a delivery fee. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the goods is provided directly with the goods in the online store.
Placing an Order

Payment

Delivery
We deliver goods either to a suitable Omniva parcel machine or by courier directly to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery zones are Estonia and Finland.
The goods are dispatched no later than within 2 working days.
Estimated delivery times for goods in stock:
- Estonia: usually 2–4 working days, maximum 5 working days.
- Finland: usually 3–8 working days, maximum 10 working days.
Courier Service
The courier service provider is displayed at checkout when choosing the delivery method. Prices are set according to the courier’s price list. To ensure delivery, please provide your phone number when placing the order. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us, and you will be notified.
Parcel Machine
In Estonia, we offer delivery via Omniva parcel machines. At checkout, you can select the nearest parcel machine. Prices are set according to the service provider’s price list. Parcel machine delivery is only available for products that fit into the machine (maximum dimensions: 39 × 38 × 64 cm, maximum weight: 30 kg). If the parcel does not fit, courier delivery will be offered instead.
In Finland, we offer delivery via Smartpost parcel machines.
Maximum Delivery Time
In exceptional cases, if the ordered product is out of stock, we will contact the customer to agree on a possible delivery time. The maximum delivery time is up to 14 days.
Right of Withdrawal and Claims
Returning Goods
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
To use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same manner as allowed when testing goods in a physical store. The returned product must be faultless, complete, and in its original undamaged packaging. A withdrawal notice must be sent to pood@abrasivikeskus.ee. The notice may be in free form but must include the buyer’s name, contact details, order number, invoice number, and the name of the product being returned. The goods must be returned to: Abrasivikeskus Eesti OÜ, Artelli 8a, Tallinn 10621.
Returning Defective Goods
The return and exchange of defective goods is carried out according to the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Estonia, primarily under the conditions set out in the Law of Obligations Act.
If the purchased product is defective, the customer has the right to have the product replaced or returned. If replacement is not possible, the seller cancels the order and refunds the money.
To return or exchange defective goods, the customer must:
- Notify the seller of the defect within a reasonable period after discovering it, by email to pood@abrasivikeskus.ee.
- The notice may be in free form but must include the buyer’s name, contact details, order number, invoice number, and the name of the defective product.
- Return the goods to: Abrasivikeskus Eesti OÜ, Artelli 8a, Tallinn 10621.
According to the Law of Obligations Act, the seller bears all costs related to the replacement of defective goods, including transportation and postal costs.
The online store will refund the customer immediately upon receiving the returned goods, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, all fees received under the contract. The online store may withhold the refund until the goods subject to the contract have been returned or until the buyer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
The money will be refunded to the same bank account from which the payment was received. The refund will be made after the returned goods have arrived at the warehouse, no later than within 14 days.
If the customer and the online store cannot resolve a dispute by agreement, the customer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
Processing of Personal Data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. Abrasivikeskus Eesti OÜ is the responsible processor of personal data. To process payments, the company forwards the necessary personal data to the authorized processor Montonio.
